Drew Peterson is demanding an apology from Illinois State Police in a recent press release via his attorney. Peterson claims that recent evidence of a woman missing for nearly 18 years being found alive is proof that women do in fact disappear intentionally (i.e., his missing wife, Stacy Peterson).
Judith Bello, the woman referred to by Peterson in his press release, was recently found to be alive and well in California after "missing" for 18 years. Bello had apparently decided to leave her job and child due to domestic issues with her then relationship.
