During a police news conference this morning, Suffolk County police commissioner Richard Domer announced that remains have been found in the case of missing Shannon Gilbert. Shannon's disappearance sparked a searched that ultimately led to the discovery of 10 sets of remains. The remains were later determined to be those of escorts/sex workers from the surrounding areas who had gone missing near Gilgo Beach.
