The brother of Detective Stephanie Lazarus, who was recently charged with the cold-case homicide of an ex-boyfriend's wife, has posted two videos on his YouTube page in a plea for "reasonable bail" in his sister's case. Her bail is currently set at $10 Million, which he argues is excessive and unreasonable. In one of the videos, he also outlines the sloppy chain of custody the purported "smoking gun" DNA evidence has gone through. Steven claims that at a court hearing for Stephanie, it was revealed that the DNA evidence had actually gone missing for nearly 16 years.
